Why Do You Design on Squarespace?

Ok, great question… here’s the short version of the answer.

I've used many online website-building platforms and I've found Squarespace to be the most user-friendly and designer-friendly. It allows me to make beautiful custom sites and turn them over to you to update and add to without overcomplicated instructions. When your website is up and published, I create I detailed video walk-through to show you all the simple ways your page can be updated and refreshed without a headache.

Typical Project Timeline

This process takes approximately two-three weeks in total, depending on the complexity of the project.

Branding Questionnaire

The first step is to complete my branding questionnaire so that I can understand your website needs and goals.

Initial Website Mockup

I will then create a basic mockup in image form of my idea for the website.

Round 1 of Feedback

The mockup will be sent over to you to provide feedback and discuss options before I start building the website.

Website Build

I will build out your website in Squarespace so that is fully functional and ready to go.

Round 2 of Feedback

You'll be able to use the website, and give another round of changes if needed.

Finalize Website

I'll put any finishing touches on the website and record a tutorial for you to update future content and information on the site.

Details

  • My base website package includes five pages and is priced at $2,000.

    The type of pages will be tailored to you and your business needs. I will go over what pages I think will make the most sense for your website after I review your questionnaire.

    Squarespace hosting fees will be charged directly from Squarespace and will not go into effect until your website is live. You can visit Squarespace.com/pricing to see their package costs. If you already own a domain, I will help with the transfer process. If you do not own a domain, it can easily be purchased through Squarespace.

  • I also offer template packages for social media graphics. These are editable and are designed for your company to use for a cohesive look throughout your marketing. We discuss what platforms, sizes, etc you need and create a custom package. Packages start at $300.

  • 50% of the package is due at booking and 50% is due at the time your website is ready to go live. This can be paid online via Square or PayPal.
